TYPES OF PNEUMATIC CONVEYING SYSTEMS

Positive Pressure Conveying System
Positive pressure pneumatic conveying systems are primarily used to transport materials from a single feeding point to multiple receiving hoppers. Compared to negative-pressure conveying systems, this system allows for a higher solid-to-gas mixing ratio and requires smaller pipe diameters and a smaller footprint.
Negative Pressure Pneumatic Conveying (Vacuum Conveying)
Vacuum conveying systems are suitable for conveying materials from multiple feeding points to a single receiving point. The conveying pressure is typically limited to approximately -0.5 bar.

Silo Pump Pneumatic Conveying
With high-pressure resistance and excellent sealing performance, this system is suitable for long-distance, high-capacity conveying, with a conveying pressure of up to 6 bar.
Dense Phase Conveying System
Utilizes low-velocity, high-pressure airflow to transport material in a dense plug flow or dune-like formation at high concentrations and low velocities;
The material fills most or all of the pipe cross-section. Solid loading is high, and conveying velocity is relatively low.
Dilute Phase Conveying System
Utilizes high-velocity airflow to suspend the material, enabling low-concentration, high-speed conveyance; The material is distributed almost uniformly across the pipe cross-section. Solid loading is low, and conveyance speed is relatively high.
