Central Control Station (PLC System)
The brain of the entire central feeding system, featuring Siemens or equivalent PLC controllers with large-format color touchscreen HMI. Manages feeding schedules, monitors material levels, controls dust collection, and provides alarm notifications. Supports up to 36 injection molding machines with expandable architecture.
Vacuum Conveying System
High-efficiency roots blower or vacuum pump generates negative pressure for material transportation. Conveys plastic granules and powders through stainless steel 304 pipelines up to 100 meters horizontal distance. Includes automatic cleaning cycles to prevent cross-contamination between materials.
Dehumidifying Drying System
Centralized honeycomb dehumidifier removes moisture from hygroscopic materials (PA, PC, PET, PBT). Achieves dew point of -40°C or lower with adjustable drying temperature from 40°C to 180°C. Integrated hot air circulation ensures uniform drying and material quality.
Material Distribution Station
Distributes raw materials from central storage silos to individual production machines. Features quick-coupling design for easy assembly and maintenance. Equipped with material selectors, cut-off valves, and pneumatic controls for precise delivery.
Storage Silos & Hoppers
Large capacity storage tanks (500kg – 10,000kg) with material level sensors and dust collection ports. Options include vacuum hoppers with magnetic reed switches and electric-eye hoppers for automatic feeding control directly mounted on injection molding machines.
Dust Collection
Dual-stage filtration combining cyclone dust collectors and pulse dust collectors. Automatically removes dust and fines from raw materials during vacuum conveying, improving product quality and maintaining clean workshop environment.
Auxiliary Equipment
Includes gravimetric blenders for precise color and additive dosing, plastic crushers for regrind integration, metal separators for contamination detection, and proportional mixers for virgin/regrind blending.
