The client is a publicly listed company specializing in functional materials. Wijay designed and constructed a fully automated production line for new materials, handling slaked lime and white clay with a total daily capacity of 36 tons.
Bulk materials are pneumatically conveyed from tank trucks to an 80-cubic-meter outdoor bulk silo. From there, materials are transported to weighing tanks, which measure required quantities based on pre-set formulas from the central control system. This fully automated material handling process significantly reduces transportation and labor costs while enabling real-time monitoring of material usage.
