This system realizes fully automated handling of multiple powder raw materials, significantly improving production efficiency and product stability, and has become a core highlight of the client’s new production line.
Designed to meet the client’s needs, the system can handle up to ten types of powder materials, including heavy powder, urea, starch, and micro-silica powder. It mainly comprises 3 bulk bag unloading stations, 9 storage silos, 16 weighing hoppers, 3 positive pressure conveying lines, and 3 vacuum conveying lines. Through WIJAY’s automated material conveying system, fully automated centralized feeding, storage, conveying, and weighing batching are achieved. Materials can be accurately supplied to 16 usage points, with a handling capacity of up to 4 tons per hour, a maximum conveying height of approximately 23 meters, and a conveying distance exceeding 300 meters.
To ensure weighing accuracy, the system conveys materials for the three conveying lines in batches sequentially, with air purging between batches to effectively reduce material mixing and residue. The quantity of each batch is precisely controlled, ensuring conveying accuracy and comprehensively improving product stability and consistency. The entire process is managed by a PLC control system with high automation, requiring only 1-2 operators, greatly reducing production costs and enhancing efficiency.
