WIJAY COMPANY has successfully implemented a specialized automated sauce handling system for Dongjun Food’s mooncake production line, reinforcing its expertise in the food material automation sector. Dongjun Food, a well-known producer of fillings and mooncakes with products sold worldwide, sought to overcome the efficiency bottlenecks of traditional manual production by transitioning to a fully automatic mode. In response, WIJAY customized a food-grade sauce and slurry automated handling system, designed, selected, and installed strictly in accordance with national food hygiene standards.
The project comprises four material lines with a maximum conveying capacity of 5 tons per hour, a conveying distance of up to 60 meters, and a conveying height of 3.2 meters. The automated sauce handling system is designed to process high-viscosity food materials such as lotus seed paste, maltose syrup, peanut oil, and rapeseed oil. In the feeding section, syrup is automatically unloaded from tank trucks into storage tanks, while lotus paste is manually fed into three storage tanks. Notably, high-precision flow meters were designed and installed at specific points to ensure these four materials are quantitatively conveyed to 24 woks in another workshop according to the customer’s recipe requirements. This design significantly improves metering accuracy, eliminates waste and errors common in traditional manual weighing and conveying, reduces heavy labor, and enhances product consistency and quality stability.
The entire system is uniformly dispatched by the central control system independently developed by WIJAY, achieving industry-leading automation and intelligence. Complex processes that previously required significant manpower are now easily managed by just 1-2 operators via a computer interface. This substantially reduces production costs and significantly boosts production efficiency, helping the customer achieve more efficient and stable large-scale production.
