Material Automation System at the World's Largest Cable Manufacturing Base of a Group Company

This project is a leading enterprise in the optical communication industry and a top 500 company in China. WIJAY designed an information-based and intelligent material automation system for its global largest cable manufacturing base located in Jiashan. The system can handle 9 types of powder and granular raw materials, 2 types of paste materials, and the materials can be supplied to 180 production line material points in the base. The system realizes the full automation centralized feeding, storage, drying, measurement and transportation of 90 million core kilometers of cable materials per year. The processing capacity is up to 60 tons per hour, and the maximum transportation distance exceeds 600 meters.
