In the field of environmental protection material production, urea granules have been widely used due to their excellent properties. However, their strong hygroscopicity, tendency to clog, and thermal sensitivity have always been technical bottlenecks that automated feeding systems have struggled to overcome. Traditional mechanical conveying methods often lead to material agglomeration and blockage, while conventional pneumatic conveying is prone to urea decomposition due to frictional heating, seriously affecting production efficiency and product quality. The Vige technical team, based on in-depth research on the material characteristics (with a moisture content of ≤0.5% still posing the risk of hygroscopic adhesion), and innovative pneumatic conveying technology, successfully developed the industry’s first dedicated urea granule automated feeding system, achieving breakthrough indicators of conveying efficiency > 98% and damage rate < 0.1%.

Wijay Company has designed an automated material handling system for chemical customers, which enables the full collection, storage, transportation and measurement of materials.
