DESIGN APPROACH
Wijay provides full-process project management from planning and design to installation and commissioning, with most projects delivered as complete turnkey solutions.
Powder handling systems typically include unpacking, feeding, storage, discharge, grinding, screening, metal detection, conveying, and metering equipment.
Fluid material systems typically include tank filling, storage, discharge, filtration, mixing, homogenization, metal detection, temperature control, conveying, and metering equipment.
Wijay is your partner throughout the entire project:
From conceptual design through detailed engineering, procurement, and manufacturing, to installation and commissioning, followed by training upon project completion and ongoing maintenance during operation.
PLAN
When the project is awarded it can commence with a kick-off meeting to review specifics. We can then plan and identify timelines and critical paths that will bring your project to a successful launch.
CONFIGURE
With the plan and project objectives in sight we can start to configure your solution. This entails 3D drawings, layout planning, equipment lists, control panel architectures and much more. Once these deliverables are finalized they are ready for approval and next steps.
IMPLEMENT
After receiving final approval the project execution steps are set in motion. The location and the equipment are prepared, and external procurements are obtained. Project schedules are updated and a final inspection is done. When everything is in place a factory acceptance test (FAT) is completed.

Project Management
From budgeting and concept to start-up and commissioning with zero added cost. We will also work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and Construction firms.
Design Collaboration
While systems are typically at least 50% Wijay equipment, we will help coordinate with third-party vendors, taking the burden off you to validate other equipment.
Engineering Support
Technicians will work diligently through an itemized list, developed over years of experience, aimed at enhancing the fit, form, and function of your equipment. Upon completion of the start-up/commissioning of the system, the Wijay Technician will train your selected personnel on the proper operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting techniques.
