The client is a globally renowned publicly listed company in the electronic materials industry, with operations spanning every corner of the world. Wijay meticulously designed and constructed multiple new fully automated production lines for electronic materials, achieving a combined daily capacity of up to 60 tons. The production lines encompass a comprehensive range of processes including slurry formulation, mixing, sintering, grinding, conveying, storage, screening, blending, demagnetization, and packaging. The ingenious fully automated design drastically reduced the required operating staff from 25 to just 3, while simultaneously boosting hourly output from 300 kilograms to 900 kilograms. The newly commissioned production lines significantly enhanced product stability, ensuring consistent compliance with specifications across every batch.
In this project, Wijay’s patented pneumatic mixer and comprehensive anti-metal foreign object solution significantly enhanced material performance, solidifying the client’s industry leadership while dramatically reducing production costs and boosting efficiency. Furthermore, Wijay’s innovative integrated bag-making and packaging machine achieved packaging precision exceeding one-thousandth of a millimeter during high-speed operation, setting a new technological benchmark for the entire industry.
