Wijay was primarily responsible for designing and implementing a fully automated control system for auxiliary material feeding, weighing, and paste mixing in a renowned enterprise’s material automation project. This project encompassed a series of automated processes from auxiliary material feeding to paste mixing, significantly enhancing production efficiency and management precision while reducing manual labor and alleviating worker workload.

Specifically, the project employs rail-based feeding stations for precise additive dispensing. Integrated with both positive and negative pressure conveying systems, it achieves a maximum throughput of 20 tons per hour over distances of 30 to 40 meters. These materials are ultimately delivered to large 200-cubic-meter storage tanks, where a precision weighing system ensures each batch meets production specifications. The key equipment in the conveying process—Roots blowers—plays a vital role. By optimizing airflow and pressure, they reduce energy consumption and further enhance the system’s overall operational efficiency.

One of Wijay’s critical tasks in this project was ensuring the precision of auxiliary material feeding. By introducing advanced automation technology, the project successfully addressed precision challenges in the feeding process, significantly reducing the need for manual intervention. Additionally, the system’s fully automated slurry adjustment function effectively reduced manual labor intensity, making the entire production process smoother and more efficient.

The implementation of this automated material handling system delivered significant benefits to the client in multiple areas. First, precise auxiliary material feeding and slurry control substantially reduced raw material waste during production. Second, the automation system reduced reliance on manual labor, substantially lowering production costs.
