The client’s factory is located in the Jiangsu Food Industrial Park, specializing in the production of toast and bread with two internationally advanced production lines. Wijay tailored an automated solution based on the client’s requirements, comprising four major modules:

- Flour Cooling System: Wijay designed an air-cooled conveying system where flour mixes with chilled air within pipelines to achieve cooling, ensuring flour reaches the specified conveying temperature. This system also resolves flour dust issues, improving the production environment for clean and efficient manufacturing.
- Intermediate Ingredient Conveying System: Intermediate ingredients—granulated sugar, yeast, and salt—are fed via small-bag feeding stations. Under negative pressure fan operation, materials are conveyed to weighing storage tanks. The system performs weighing and batching according to preset values, achieving batching accuracy as high as ±0.2%.
- Small Ingredient Conveying System: After small ingredients are conveyed to the small ingredient weighing storage tank, materials are smoothly discharged through an ultra-high-precision weighing system according to customer-set batching values, stopping discharge once the set ratio is achieved.
- Water Treatment and Temperature Control System: Purified water enters the cold water tank via a rotary pump and rapidly cools down through the chiller. Operators can set the desired temperature value on the control panel. After mixing ambient water with chilled water to achieve the set temperature, the mixture is delivered to downstream usage points.
