Intelligent Fermentation Process
Precision Batching and Mixing
Flour, liquid yeast, bean oil, and water are automatically delivered to the dough mixer according to the recipe and uniformly blended into a smooth dough.
Intelligent Anti-Stick Treatment
AGVs transport dough troughs to the oil-spraying workshop, where a food-grade vegetable oil film is automatically applied to the surface, effectively preventing dough adhesion.
Constant Temperature & Humidity Fermentation
AGVs transport the dough to the high-precision fermentation room. With temperature control accuracy of ±1°C and humidity accuracy of ±2%, the room provides a stable fermentation environment, ensuring consistent product quality and texture.
Automatic Loading/Unloading and Secondary Kneading
After fermentation, AGVs deliver the dough to the elevator, which automatically transfers it to the kneader. Ingredients such as flour, sugar, water, and oil are added for a second round of kneading. After thorough mixing, the prepared dough is conveyed to subsequent processing stages.
