Wijay’s innovative low-temperature pre-carbonization pneumatic conveying system employs either positive-pressure dilute-phase or negative-pressure vacuum feeding processes based on the distance between raw material points and usage points.

This system achieves positive-pressure dilute-phase conveying from six transition silos in the low-temperature pre-carbonization workshop to four raw material silos in the graphitization workshop 180 meters away, with each line handling 4 tons per hour. It also enables negative-pressure feeding of coated and granulated anode powder, as well as material discharged from bulk bag unloaders, into the pre-carbonization kiln. This streamlined process simplifies the overall workflow.

The project’s central control information system enables clients to analyze real-time material inventory levels, material consumption data, and energy usage. Client managers can monitor system operations and access data anytime via computers or mobile devices.
