The client is a publicly listed company in the electronic materials industry. Wijay designed and constructed multiple fully automated production lines for new electronic materials, achieving a total daily capacity of 60 tons. The production processes encompass paste formulation, mixing, sintering, grinding, conveying, storage, screening, blending, demagnetization, and packaging. The fully automated design reduced the original production line’s staffing from 25 to just 3 personnel while increasing output from 300 kg per hour to 900 kg per hour. The newly commissioned production lines comprehensively enhanced product stability, ensuring complete technical consistency across every batch.
The project incorporates Wijay’s patented pneumatic mixer and a comprehensive anti-metal foreign object solution, significantly enhancing material performance. This strengthens the client’s industry leadership while substantially reducing production costs. Wijay’s innovative integrated bagging and packaging machine achieves packaging accuracy exceeding 0.02% during high-speed operation, setting a new technical benchmark for the industry.
