The client is a leading enterprise operating Asia’s first automated attapulgite production line. Wijay constructed an automated material handling system for them to enhance production efficiency and optimize manufacturing processes. The automated processing system primarily handles multiple processes including raw material feeding, crushing, grinding, storage, weighing and batching, pneumatic mixing, and automatic packaging. With a production capacity of 10 tons per hour, the line utilizes bentonite powder and various additives. Its weighing and batching system enables individual weighing and reweighing of multiple additives, ensuring traceable accuracy in material weighing.

The tension-controlled mixing system replaces the customer’s original mechanical mixing method.
