Our company is responsible for its automated starch processing system, which employs a combination of positive and negative pressure conveying methods to maintain efficient and stable material transport under various production conditions. The system is designed for a maximum throughput of 5 tons per hour and can achieve a maximum conveying height of approximately 27 meters, meeting the demands of large-scale production while ensuring smooth and precise material transportation.

The entire system primarily consists of the following five modules:
- Starch Feeding, Storage, and Metering System: In this module, flour is fed through ton-bag filling stations and conveyed via positive pressure to six large storage tanks. During storage, flour is transferred from these tanks to two precision weighing tanks via negative pressure conveying, based on production requirements and specific customer formulation specifications. This provides accurately metered raw materials for subsequent production stages. The system design not only enhances conveying efficiency but also ensures precision and consistency in each formulation.
- Constant Temperature Water Treatment System: The constant-temperature water treatment system stores condensate water at up to 90°C in a 30-cubic-meter storage tank. After passing through a heat exchanger, the condensate water is cooled to 45°C, generating constant-temperature water. This system precisely controls water temperature, ensuring that subsequent production processes—such as slurry mixing and preparation—occur within the optimal temperature range. This significantly boosts production efficiency while guaranteeing slurry consistency and stability.
- Slurry Preparation, Storage, and Conveying System: In this stage, flour is conveyed to two weighing tanks and then uniformly fed into two mixing tanks via gravity. Within the mixing tanks, flour is thoroughly blended with constant-temperature water (45°C) and other necessary ingredients to produce slurry meeting customer specifications. Automated control throughout this process ensures precise ingredient ratios and high-quality production.
- Starch Crushing, Conveying, and Storage System: This module crushes and grinds starch to achieve the required fineness specified by the customer. The crushed starch is conveyed into two buffer silos via the conveying system. It then undergoes screening through two high-efficiency screeners to ensure material quality and purity. After screening, the starch is transported to two storage tanks via a vertical discharge system for subsequent use.
- System Control and Management: The entire system employs efficient, stable PLC automation control, enabling real-time monitoring of production data across all stages to ensure precise, error-free operation at every step. The PLC system features data traceability, recording critical production parameters for quality control and production analysis. The user interface is intuitive and easy to understand, allowing operators to effortlessly master system operation and maintenance. This enhances overall production stability and efficiency while reducing manual intervention and potential operational errors.

Wijay’s automated starch processing system significantly enhances production stability and operational efficiency through its advanced technical design, precise control systems, and highly efficient automated workflows. This ensures customers achieve consistently high-quality, stable products during large-scale manufacturing.
