The client is a well-known publicly listed company in the field of circuit board insulation products. Its production base in Ningxia has established a production line for copper-clad laminate specialized insulating resin with an annual capacity of 30,000 tons.

Our company is responsible for the raw material conveying system in the ammonia sulfonate preparation production line for this project, covering processes such as raw material feeding, storage, conveying, weighing, and batching.
Based on the specific conditions at the client’s site, the project uses a combined positive and negative pressure conveying method. The maximum conveying distance is 150 meters, and the maximum conveying capacity is 20 tons per hour.
The automatic weighing and batching system includes 27 weighing bins of different capacities to meet the needs of various processes. The system allows for fast and accurate weighing and batching based on the user’s process and recipe requirements, significantly improving production efficiency. It automatically calculates and adjusts the weight of raw materials according to preset formulas and ratios, eliminating human error and material waste.

The chemicals being conveyed by the client are toxic and corrosive, posing potential risks to human health. To address this, the entire system has been automated and made intelligent, minimizing operator involvement and ensuring that operators do not come into direct contact with hazardous materials, thus preventing potential harm. Additionally, operators can monitor and control the production process in real-time through the central control information system, ensuring the smooth progression of the production process.
