The client is a publicly listed company with significant industry influence in the field of circuit board insulation products. Its production base in Ningxia has established a production line with an annual capacity of 30,000 tons for specialized insulating resins used in copper-clad laminates.
Our company is responsible for the raw material conveying system within the amidosulfonic acid production line for this project, primarily covering processes such as feeding, storage, conveying, and weighing/dosing.

Based on the client’s site conditions, the project employs a combined positive and negative pressure conveying method, achieving a maximum conveying distance of 150 meters and a maximum conveying capacity of 20 tons per hour.
The automated weighing and batching system incorporates 27 weighing tanks of varying capacities to accommodate different process requirements. This system enables precise and rapid weighing and batching according to user-defined process specifications and formulations, significantly enhancing production efficiency. Additionally, it automatically calculates and adjusts raw material weights based on preset recipes and ratios, eliminating manual operational errors and waste.

Given that the chemical materials conveyed by the client possess toxicity and corrosiveness, posing potential hazards to human health, the system achieves full automation and intelligence throughout the production process. This reduces operator involvement and ensures personnel do not require direct contact with the materials, effectively minimizing risks to workers.
