Guangdong Binzaki Food Co., Ltd. has invested in a production base at Jiangmen Jiangsa Industrial Park. The first phase of this facility features five internationally advanced biscuit production lines with a daily capacity of up to 220 tons. Designed according to Industry 4.0 principles and high automation standards, the plant is divided into raw material storage, baking, packaging, and finished product automated storage zones. The entire process from raw material intake to finished product dispatch is fully automated. The automated material handling system designed by Wijay processes 76.8% of the total production raw materials. This system manages the feeding, storage, temperature control, screening, conveying, and weighing of three types of flour and five types of fluid materials. This includes temperature-sensitive ingredients like shortening and butter, as well as highly viscous materials such as 84-degree syrup.
